MEDITATION
I came to Meditation through my Yoga practice with Tony Riposo (linked below) which I started in 2003. In 2007 I started leading a Meditation Class at Unique Peerspectives on Salina Street (Syracuse, NY) which is ongoing. I have also led a series of classes at the Women's Info Center on Allen Street.
I currently lead a Meditation Class at my home (669 W. Onondaga St. #1 in Syracuse) on Thursdays from 11:30AM-noon. All are welcome to attend. Call me at (315) 476-0447 for more details.
